If you book an appointment online, you should receive an email confirmation of your appointment(s). If you do not, please try again.
Please note that appointments are booked every 45 minutes, and your visit may be 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration (not 15 minutes as shown). If you are a new patient, please provide a phone number, so that we may confirm your appointment by phone.
